I have the right to deny or cancel a commission under any circumstances. Refunds, of course.

You must be at minimum 17 years old to commission, and 18 years or older to commission NSFW.

I Accept PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Ko-Fi donations as payments.

Payments are processed upfront, but commissions totaling $250+ may be split into two transactions; One upfront, and one after presenting a linework sketch, if you prefer that.

If there's no response to the invoice within 72 hours, I'll assume I've been ghosted and move on to the next client in the queue.

If by time I reach out to you and you do not have the required funds, I can put you on hold and I'll reach out at a later date.

Once commission details are discussed and paid, I'll work on a rough sketch to present to you and you may suggest any changes. When you're satisfied with the initial sketch, I'll clean the linework and present it one last time before I work on completing the piece. PLEASE ensure you're 100% content with the final linework sketch as I'd prefer not to make changes after this stage!

I can make an art piece from start to finish in as little as a week, but it may also take 3+ months. It depends on what other tasks are occupying me, personal projects, the complexity of the commission, the current commission queue, my well-being, and the general motivation to finish it. I expect you to be no stranger to patience, so please don't get worked up if it takes longer than you anticipated. I'll be sure to keep you updated!

Showing aggressiveness or use of derogatory language may lead to the termination of your commission and even blacklisting from purchasing future commissions. The same will be said with inappropriate comments and unrelated/personal questions that may make me uncomfortable communicating further. Refunds will be initiated.

The final commission preview will eventually be sent and a Google Drive link will be provided for the full resolution.

After you've received your commission(s), you're free to repost, crop/resize for profile pictures/banners, etc., but include credit for the artwork where you can!

If you're selling a character containing art of it from me, notify me first. I'll most likely be okay with it being sold along with other designs of the character.

You may NOT sell physical prints, stickers, or merchandise of my artwork, even with your character present on it, UNLESS you want to commercialize the artwork I made for you, for which there is an additional 199 USD fee for each art piece. If it's for personal use, such as making stickers for yourself and/or to give out for free, there's no need to commercialize it, as you're not profiting from it. Again, you can only do this to art pieces YOU commissioned; other clients' art and my own art are prohibited, unless permission was granted.

Ask beforehand if you plan on digitally editing the finished commission for anything.

I shouldn't have to state this; DO NOT trace my artwork.

Any characters belonging to me may NOT be used for roleplay or AI chatbots.

When commissioning NSFW along with characters that belong to other parties, I'll need proof of consent from said parties and that they're also 18 or over before initiating.

Chargebacks, accidental or not, will result in a permanent blacklist. I may also initiate a callout post for awareness to other fellow artists.

How can I commission you? - You can fill out the form here when I give notice that commissions are opened.

Do I have to be following you to commission? - Nope! Just have the required funds to cover the total commission cost and abide to the TOS.

How big is your commission queue? - It can be long! I usually max out at 12 forms before I close them.

Has my commission form been denied? - If I haven't reached out to you within 6 months, it's fair that I've chosen to deny your request. It's usually if it lacks significant information or the request goes against what I won't draw in TOS. It may also be that I do not see myself being able to incorporate your character(s) into my style and I don't want to end up with a product you or I will be dissatisfied with. You're welcome to resubmit a form with more detail/different character(s) when reopened.

Can I change my request to something else even after payment? - You can ask, but it's eventually up to me to decide, and if I've already have a sketch going on.

How do I buy a YCH? - All of my YCHs are for bidding only, just have the highest offer or auto buy if I've given it one. It's reserved for only one person to buy. If you've successfully won the bid there is a cooldown before you can bid on another YCH, for fairness's sake. Also, they're all always fully rendered.

Do you accept art trades? - When I feel like it. It's not very often, and it's usually reserved for close mutuals. To people who I consider a mutual, you're welcome to reach out.

Do you do art raffles? - Yes! Usually every 10k milestone I'll host a raffle for 3 potential winners. I may also do raffles on specific occasions.

Can I draw your OCs? - Uhh, yeah?? Absolutely, make sure to tag me!

How can I make sure I'm not communicating with someone impersonating you? - My only accounts on Twitter/X are @ZE0METRIC (main account, same for Instagram and Bluesky), @ZE1METRIC (personal account), and @ZE2METRIC (NSFW account), anyone with a different handle claiming to be me is not me. Let me know if by chance you run across an impersonator.

Can I use your art as a profile picture? - For any franchise characters that I've drawn, yes, but remember to give credit where it's due. Do not use any drawings of characters belonging to individuals who commissioned me unless they're fine with it. Do not use my personal OCs.

Do you do discounts? - For special occasions, I will give notice that I'm giving a percentage off from commissions. If you've commissioned me before you will also get a special discount! (As of April 2025)
